As president of NETZEL GRIGSBY Southwest, Lois has extensive not-for-profit executive management and fundraising experience. She began her career with the YMCA in Toledo, Ohio and advanced to executive positions with the YMCA of Phoenix and Valley of the Sun and the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles. Additionally, Lois served with the American Red Cross Los Angeles Chapter and held executive positions with two healthcare foundations.

As part of the management team of NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES, Lois’s experiences include development and direction of numerous successful special project/capital campaigns, annual giving programs, major gifts and natural disaster campaigns, as well as planned giving/endowment programs. Her comprehensive management of strategic planning and board development processes is an additional area of expertise.

Lois graduated from Arizona State University with a master’s degree in public administration. She has served as both a UCLA and a CSUN Extension Program instructor, teaching “The Art of Fundraising”, “Capital Campaigns” and “Annual Giving” classes. She is a member of Southern California Association of Healthcare Development, Association of Fundraising Professionals Los Angeles and Planned Giving Roundtable Los Angeles. She is also a member of Los Angeles Rotary Club.
