As president of NETZEL GRIGSBY West, Chaud is responsible for the firm’s Northern California and Central Coast regions. Chaud has more than three decades of successful nonprofit management and development experience. He earned an outstanding reputation during his 13-year career with the YMCA, where he served in numerous positions including branch executive and president/CEO.

Chaud joined NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES in 1992 and has served clients ranging from hospitals, private schools, religious institutions, community colleges, arts, and museums to environmental, youth and social service organizations. His work has included successful multi-million dollar capital campaigns, major gifts programs, long-range plans, financial development plans, board development, and annual campaigns.

Chaud earned his B.A. from Utah State University and completed post-graduate courses at the University of California, Santa Barbara. He has served as an instructor on fundraising in the UCLA Extension Program and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Chaud currently serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the George W. Romney Institute of Public Management at the Marriott School of Management, at Brigham Young University. Chaud has served as a YMCA board member and board chair.
