As a senior associate with NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES, Noreen is involved with feasibility studies and capital campaigns. She fulfills a specialty role on project teams writing and designing case statements, developing study reports, conducting prospect research, writing grant proposals and assisting in strategy development and foundation and corporate relations.

Noreen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California, San Diego. While at the university, she worked at the Career Services Center assisting with strategic marketing and design, and was a staff writer for the campus newspaper. Noreen also spent 5 months in Japan completing a Global Studies program at Meiji Gakuin University.

Prior to joining NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES, Noreen worked as an account coordinator and designer in the advertising and marketing industries. Her experience includes work with non-profit arts, youth and university organizations. Noreen is a member of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of AFP.
