As a senior associate at NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES, INC., Jill is involved with feasibility studies, capital campaign management and counsel, strategic planning, board development and volunteer/staff training.

Prior to joining NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES, Jill worked in the development and external relations department of a nonprofit organization committed to helping developmentally disabled adults and children. She has extensive knowledge in the for-profit sector where she spent over 15 years at leading consumer product companies in senior management positions responsible for all marketing, promotions and public relations.

Jill’s community involvement includes volunteer roles supporting women and children. She volunteered at the Children’s Institute helping at-risk children and families throughout Los Angeles County. She is also working with the Chrysalis’ Women’s Empowerment Program encouraging economically disadvantaged and homeless women become self-sufficient through employment opportunities. Jill is actively involved as a volunteer in AYSO, Culver City National Little League and El Marino Language School.

Jill earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing and journalism from Western Michigan University. She is a member of the Greater Los Angeles Chapter of AFP and assists with various projects for the Rotary Club of Los Angeles.
