Tisa, a senior vice president with NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES, INC., has spent more than 25 years as a professional with not-for-profit organizations as an Executive Director, Development Director and a consultant.

As Director of Organizational Development for Monte Vista Grove Homes, Tisa designed and implemented an annual giving program raising over $1 million annually in contributed support. Previous positions included Executive Director of the Santa Clarita Valley YMCA—a branch of the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles—and Associate Executive Director of the San Pedro and Peninsula YMCA where she received the Don Hayward award for program development. As a YMCA professional Tisa managed multi-million dollar operating budgets, board, volunteer and staff development as well as long range planning, program expansion and marketing.

Her consulting experience includes directing multi-million dollar capital campaigns, major gifts, annual giving, board development, strategic planning, volunteer training, and feasibility studies.

Tisa has served as the Capital Campaign Steering Committee Chair for her church and serves annually as a Team Captain for the YMCA of Greater Whittier annual support campaign. She has been a member of the Palos Verdes and Newhall Rotary Clubs and a guest lecturer for the UCLA Extension Program on fundraising.

Tisa received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She and her husband Mike have three daughters and reside in Whittier, California.
