Connie, a senior vice president with NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES, INC., has a 25+ year history in the field of nonprofit management. Prior to joining NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES in 2000, Connie enjoyed an 17-year career with the YMCA in various management, executive and development positions.

Connie’s specialties with NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES include the management of fundraising feasibility studies and capital, major gift, endowment and annual giving programs. In addition, Connie is also an experienced facilitator conducting strategic planning, board development programs and leadership retreats. She is a published author of several articles on various fundraising subjects, with articles published in the Association of Healthcare Philanthropy and NAYDO’s YMCA Developments publications.

Connie is the trusted advisor to a diverse variety of clients including social service organizations, educational and health related institutions, faith-based and civic organizations. Some of Connie’s most distinguished completed projects include Ronald McDonald House Charities of Southern California, Barlow Respiratory Hospital, Crespi Carmelite High School, Pasadena Christian School and the Camarillo YMCA.

Connie is an active member of AFP-GLAC (Association of Fundraising Professionals–Greater Los Angeles Chapter) and NAYDO (North American YMCA Development Organization). She is also an active member of the Rotary Club of Santa Monica and enjoys supporting multiple local community organizations.

Connie is a graduate of California State University at Long Beach.
