Cody J. Grigsby

As a senior associate with NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES' Special Services Division, Cody is responsible for case development, feasibility study reports and plans, prospect research, grant writing, data analysis, document layout and design, and communications and social media services. He also has experience with feasibility studies, and development and pre-campaign assessments. Since joining NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES in 2013, Cody has worked with a diverse range of clients from educational, health, and cultural institutions to environmental, youth, and social service organizations.

Prior to joining NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES, Cody spent seven years as an animal behavior specialist for United States Navy Marine Mammal Program. Cody’s work with the Department of Defense has taken him around the world and includes international humanitarian projects as well as homeland security.

Cody has a passion for oceanic sciences and preservation. He worked closely with the UC Santa Barbara's marine laboratories as a research assistant and was published in 2007 in the scientific journal Coral Reefs.

A member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Cody received his Bachelor of Science in Aquatic Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
