A vice president with NETZEL GRIGSBY ASSOCIATES, Chuck directs major capital campaigns, feasibility studies, and organizational development for a diverse spectrum of nonprofit organizations and institutions, primarily in San Jose, Northern California, Pacific Northwest, Idaho and Nevada. His expertise includes capital and major gift campaigns, annual giving, strategic planning, and volunteer training.

Chuck brings more than 22 years of experience as a nonprofit fundraising professional and consultant in the education, faith-based, and healthcare sectors. As a consultant, he led more than 110 campaigns, raising over $235 million to assist clients in accomplishing their goals. He also designed annual giving and stewardship programs that increased ongoing philanthropic support for 40 nonprofit organizations. Prior to his independent consulting career, Chuck served as a Director of Development for a private technical high school and junior college.

A dedicated volunteer, Chuck is a former board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Orange County Chapter and has been active in the Orange County and Los Angeles County Chapters of AFP, the Southern California Association of Healthcare Development (SCAHD), Kiwanis, and Toastmasters. He also devotes his time and resources to help those in career transition find work and assist human services causes and concerns.

Chuck has a Masters of Divinity from St. Johnís School of Theology and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Marshall University.
